The Internet! The application is accessible on any device with a web browser and access to the Internet.

The IT Support System is a web-based platform that allows users to request support quickly and efficiently. New requests can be submitted via two methods:

  1. Via website
    • A user simply logs in via the personalised URL to their support portal and fills out the simple online form to request support
  2. Via email*
    • Once configured, the system will process and respond to user emails, simplifying the process described in method 1.

Key information is delivered to users via email:

  • A new support request
  • Updates to an existing support ticket
  • Closure of a support ticket
  • Solution for a support ticket
