The IT Support System is a web-based platform that allows users to request support quickly and efficiently. New requests can be submitted via two methods:
- Via website
- A user simply logs in via the personalised URL to their support portal and fills out the simple online form to request support
- Once configured, the system will process and respond to user emails, simplifying the process described in method 1.
